A facilitated, Dementia-Friendly Drumming Circle, where people with all stages of memory loss can come together and explore the healing nature of rhythm and beats. Do you have physical limitations and think it means you can’t participate in yoga? Yoga can be for everyone! This class will is geared to participants with really different abilities. Instructor Julie Fournier is a registered Yoga teacher who knows how to teach those with limited strength and mobility and to support students in practicing yoga poses adapted for their own unique physical requirements. This will be a 5-week class.
